This was Nervape’s first art exhibition in Europe, held at one of the largest Bitcoin conferences on the continent, Plan B Forum in Lugano, Switzerland. Held inside the historic Villa Ciani building, we returned to our crypto-native roots by using art to express the Bitcoin ethos of freedom and decentralization with our Bitcoin Nervape Canvas, Nervape Artifact figures, and other collaborative artworks on display.
The Bitcoin Nervape Canvas: a decentralized, co-created artwork that let participants—
- Design their own BTC Nervape with Bitcoin-themed gear and art.
- Claim a block on a shared digital canvas, thus co-creating a collective painting.
- Mint on Bitcoin to make it theirs forever.
—made it’s premiere at this event. Participants enjoyed seeing the canvas come to life in real time as visitors placed their Nervapes onto the canvas.
Our Nervape Artifact collection of handcrafted figures (Nervape 3x, Original, Dot) were a big hit at the event. We also created a unique series for Lugano, the Nervape Original BTC Special figure, which sold out. Many participants that visited on the first day, returned on the second day to make purchases, mentioning how memorable our figures were.
We also displayed our Global Artist Collaboration Series of custom designed Nervape 3x figures from independent artists from around the world. These included “Luminous” by local Swiss artist Eugenia Astor and “Blue & White Ape” by Chinese indie artist Chaos Sui which drew lots of attention.
Nervape received so much love from the locals and international visitors and will be back again in 2026 with our biggest collaborative art exhibition to date: NERVAPE x LUGANO CAMP 2026. Stay tuned! Grazie mille a tutti! 🙏
